With the Kids at Burger King

Called the kids early in the morning (as I do ever since Karla left), I asked her to let me see the kids. Which she did, we agreed to meet at the station. I picked them up and went for a little walk. I showed them the train tracks, how trains work, after a one block stroll, we went to the Burger King.
Matt ordered a chicken strip kids' meal and Genesis the hamburger meal (no pickles). We ate, talked, we played with the "Shark Tales" Toys. We talked about the story of Jonah and the big fish.
karla was due back to pick the kids up at 7:00 pm but didn't pick them up.
I walked with the kids to the local bookstore and read the "Cat in the Hat' Spanish Version for my kids. At 8:10pm Karla finally showed up.
It's so hard to see her drive away with my children.
Today she was nice to me because she wants money.
